3 on 3 Winter Basketball League

Join us for some great games in a electric atmosphere! The first and original 3 on 3 League in the North Shore and Chicagoland. The league was launched in 2015 as a great way to help develop players at a young age. Our 3 on 3 league consists of divisions for boys and girls of all grade levels. Teams will be competing for a run to the championship with big awards to be won. The league will be played in a fun atmosphere where basketball fundamentals will be key to each teams growth throughout the league. 3 on 3 basketball, which is now an Olympic sport, rapidly increases player development through more touches and ball movement. The goal of our leagues is that each player grows their leadership and team skills while at the same time building a love of the game.

*There are no scheduling conflicts for Players looking to play in both our 3 on 3 League and New Trier Travel.

For Boys and Girls Grades K-8
Divisions divided into individual grades.
*Divisions subject to change. Depending on the number of teams for an individual grade there are times when divisions will be combined between two different grades. For example, Grade 2 combined with Grade 3.

Dates/Times
League runs for 6 weeks. 11/2-12/15 (No Games 11/30-11/31)

Regular Season is 4 weeks and 8 Games. Playoffs are week 5 and 6.
Teams have a practice and play 2 games in 1.5-2hr blocks on average.

*Depending on the number of teams per division the estimated time block within the division could change. League game schedule will be released on 10/30.

Saturdays 9am-2pm: Boys Grades K-1
Saturdays 11am-4pm: Boys Grades 2-3
Saturdays: 3-8pm: Boys Grades 4-5
Sundays: 9am-1pm: Girls Grades K-2
Sundays: 11am-3pm: Girls Grades 3-4
Sundays: 2-8pm: Girls Grades 5-8 and Boys Grades 6-8

Details

Hoops4Health Coaches will provide instruction to each team. Every team gets a practice before one of their games. Games are played in a 50 minute time block (practice plus game block) and 30 minute time block (game block). During practice teams will learn proper ball movement, spacing, and other fundamentals.
Hoops4Health Coaches handle substitutions.
All teams make the playoffs. Playoffs are bracket play and teams will be seeded out by their regular season record. Depending on the regular season record teams will be placed in either the Gold or Silver bracket. *Multiple brackets depends on the total number of teams per division.
There are player write-ups updated every week.
Team and individual awards will be given out at the conclusion of the season.

Ways to Sign Up

Team & Individual Sign-ups - Make your own team or sign up as an individual (Free Agent). Minimum 4 and maximum 6 players per team.

Team Signup
If registering as a team each team player must sign up individually. At sign up the names of the players on the team must be put in. Minimum of 4 and Max 6 players per team.

Individual (Free Agent) Signup
Individual signups will be place together to forms teams or added to a team that needs players.
