Waiver Form, Terms of Service, and Refund Policy

Waiver form at the link below must be filled out prior to participation. Needs to be filled out only one time for the current year. Fill out a new waiver if any information has changed. By completing registration you  acknowledge you have completed a waiver and agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
